Q: How do I upgrade to full IMF Agent status?
A: When logged in, click on "Briefing Room" in the menu. Look for the links under "You qualify for the following Upgrade(s):" to see what upgrade(s) you qualify for.

Q: Why would I want to upgrade?
A: When you upgrade to full IMF Agent status, you are qualified to go on a Mission to Make Money Online. You will start receiving the fantastic Mission: Make Money Online Home Study course. Click on "Briefing Room" in the menu bar and go to "See Details..." to discover more.

Q: How do I retire my Agent status?
A: If you want to stop your Home Study Course, simply go to "Agent Status" in the menu. Click on "Delete Your Account" and your Agent status and monthly fee will be cancelled.

Q: What happens if I unsubscribe from the e-mails?
A: If you click the "unsubscribe" link in your e-mails from Mission: Make Money Online, you will receive no more communication from Mission Control. There will be no way for Mission Control to deliver your next Dossier to you. Consider carefully before unsubscribing -- it is irreversible.
Commitment

Q: How many months is the full Home Study Course?
A: It's as long as you make it. It is highly recommended that you at least commit to the very minimum of 3 months.
This will allow you to build your solid foundation, create your first product, and put up a professional website that sells your product.
However, in the following months you will be building a number of campaigns to bring paying customers streaming to your website and shoot your sales up through the roof.
Then, you'll be expanding your business and building a strong, lasting online empire that pours multiple rivers of cash into your bank account for many, many years.
The longer you stay on your Mission, the greater a money-making empire you will build.

Q: Will I need a lot of money to start my Internet business?
A: No! In fact, in your first two Dossiers, you can run your business for free (assuming you have access to some kind of computer and Internet connection). All your Dossier 1 assignments use free resources to research the Internet, generate ideas, and research the market. In Dossier 2, you'll use more free resources and download some wonderful free tools to help you with your product creation. If you decide to create a more advanced product, there may be some expenses -- depending upon the equipment you require (for example: camcorder, digital camera). In Dossier 3, you will be setting up your first website. Since this will be a professional website -- using professional services for hosting, etc. -- you will invest just under $100. After that, it will cost you $30-40 a month to maintain your website.

Q: Am I forced to go through each assignment?
A: No! You can skip assignments and jump ahead, but it is strongly discouraged by Mission Control. It is highly recommended that you follow the steps in your Mission exactly -- they're there to take you to success!

A: Click on "Help Desk" in the menu. Send your question or problem and it you will receive an answer ASAP. The answer will show up in "Inbox" in the menu.

A: To make sure you get your e-mail delivered securely, all communication will be sent to your Inbox -- here in the Agent area.
Digital Dossier

Q: Where do I get my downloads?
A: Click on the link "Briefing Room" in the menu on any page -- when you are logged in. This page will tell you which downloads you qualify for and give you a link to your download area.

Q: How do I download everything?
A: When you go to your download page, you will see a set of easy, step-by-step, illustrated instructions. You'll have your Digital Dossier downloaded in less than a minute. The other materials (videos, transcripts, worksheets) are downloaded from inside your Digital dossier. Mission Control has made everything as easy as possible.

Q: Wow! 23 videos in Dossier 1 alone! Isn't that going to take forever to download?
A: Not really. With your revolutionary Digital Dossier, you only download a video when you start one of the assignments. So, you only ever have to download one video at any one time. The average video takes 5-7 minutes to download ... and then it's yours forever!

Q: How do I watch the videos?
A: In your Dossier, you will be shown the exact, illustrated steps for downloading the videos onto your computer. The videaos are .avi files -- which can be run by most media players. When you click on the video file, it will automatically open in your default player (if you are using a Windows PC, it will open in Windows Media Player).

Q: How long are the videos?
A: In Dossier 1 there are 23 videos -- total running time is 2 hours 2 minutes. The longest video is 11 minutes 51 seconds. Each video is accompanied by a typewritten transcript, so it is very easy to follow along. Each video is kept short, so you can soon use the information in the follow-up assignment.

Q: How are the transcripts and worksheets printed out?
A: Both are delivered to you in Adobe Acrobat .pdf files. This file type is very simple to open, easy to read on the computer screen, and can be printed out at the click of a button. In case you have never used a .pdf file before, Mission Control has included some very easy-to-follow, illustrated instructions at the beginning of your Dossier.

Q: How do I get my next Digital Dossier?
A: One month after starting your Mission, you will get an e-mail in your Inbox (here in the Agent area) from your Mission Leader. This e-mail will have a link to your Secret Download Page.
Requirements

Q: What kind of computer do I need?
A: Any computer that connects to the Internet and has a media player (basically, anything from the last 10 years) will do fine. You don't need a fancy computer to watch your videos, create your products, or run your website. For your first Dossier, you don't even need your own computer. You can use a PC at an Internet cafe, the local library, or even at your job (if you're caught by your boss, Mission Control will disavow any knowledge of your actions).
Trouble Viewing Videos

Q: Why am I having trouble viewing the videos?
A: All videos in the Mission: Make Money Online Home Study Course are made with Camtasia Studios using Techsmith codecs. This creates a very high-quality video, but a few computers don't have the codec to run them. If you get an error message simply download the codec located on the Codec Solution page in the menu.
